Description
The Generac 0J1073 Consolidated Wiring Harness is a genuine OEM replacement for select 2010-era 20kW air-cooled home standby generators. It provides the electrical connections between the Nexus controller and compatible generator components, helping transmit operating commands, sensor information, and system signals.
This harness may be used in certain generators equipped with the Generac 0H6680D Nexus controller. However, compatibility depends on the generator model, serial number, original wiring configuration, and existing controller revision.

Important Controller Information:
The 0J1073 is a complete consolidated generator harness, not the conversion jumper used to install an 0H6680D controller in a generator originally equipped with an 0H6680A or 0H6680B controller.
If replacing an A- or B-series Nexus controller with an 0H6680D, the appropriate 0J2438 conversion harness or complete 0H6680DSRV replacement kit may be required instead.
Installation Information:
Disconnect utility power, generator output, transfer-switch control power, the generator battery, and all other electrical sources before installation. Label the existing connections and compare every connector with the replacement harness before removal.
Route and secure the new harness according to the generator service manual, keeping wiring away from hot surfaces, moving components, sharp edges, and fuel-system parts. Installation by a qualified generator technician is strongly recommended.
Confirm compatibility using the generator model number, serial number, production date, existing harness number, and controller part number before ordering.
