A 40° nozzle produces a broad fan rather than a concentrated spot-cleaning stream. It is generally better suited to rinsing and cleaning larger areas than removing deeply embedded material from a small spot.

These nozzles are not universally compatible with every gas or electric pressure washer. Select only the orifice size specified for the pump’s flow and pressure. An orifice that is too small can overload the pump or engine, while one that is too large can substantially reduce cleaning pressure.

Verify the pressure-washer model, quick-connect size, pump flow, operating pressure, and required nozzle orifice before use. Test the spray on an inconspicuous area before cleaning painted, wooden, or delicate surfaces.
