Note the existing filter’s position and flow direction before removing it. Inspect the surrounding fuel lines, clamps, and fittings and replace any components that are cracked, hardened, loose, or damaged. Check carefully for leaks before starting or operating the generator.
Follow the maintenance interval and replacement procedure specified in the generator operator’s manual. Verify the complete model, specification letter, serial number, fuel type, and original filter number before ordering.
